ab hand in the kitchen? Well, actually it doesn’t matter if you’re not, as Euston Green Link and environmental charity Hubbub are joining forces again to host a sustainable cookery class designed to give handy culinary tips and change behaviours around food waste.
In September the session centred on curry; guests learnt to cook quick and delicious dishes with chef Nikita Gulhane. This time it’s at the Wellcome Trust and focuses on pickling: you’ll leave with tasty pickles and preserves to devour at Xmas.
