Where to find spring Eustontowner

hink of Euston and what springs to mind? The austere black edifice of the station itself? The hustle and bustle of the rush-hour commute?

Sure, Euston is hardly the greenest area. Nonetheless, there are parks and squares to seek out, easily strung together on a pleasant walk.

Inside issue 5 of Eustontowner, we guide you on a gentle stroll round some of our favourite spots, from local secret Brill Place to the ancient St Pancras Old Churchyard, and from surprising corners like Goldington Crescent to the mighty Regent’s Park.

Elsewhere we speak to a handful of inspiring locals doing interesting things, from the team at long-running Bengali community centre Surma to the hardworking guys who run Hampstead Road’s Cash & Carry.

We also countdown the free festivals, art installations, exhibitions, and other unmissable events in the neighbourhood over the coming months. Let’s hope the sun keeps on shining.
