The brains behind it is Eleonore Deneuve, born and raised in Normandy, well-known, of course for its camembert and cider.
After studying business and then living and working in UK for the past ten years, Eleonore, aka Elo as her friends call her (hence the “Cheez-Elo”), quit her career in IT Services and took the plunge to pursue her passion for fine food and fromage. “Cheese is life”, she says definitively, and decided to make it hers too.
Expect stinky stuff and deli products, recipes from various countries, with charcuterie and other products.
